The projector LCD 1100S by Maginon operates as a Laser-LCD device with 1100 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast of 400:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 289 cm can be illuminated with 1100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 193 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer. However, it remains frequently searched within our database. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.

Standard-Portabel | External training and company presentations, as well as product presentations. Small screen width, rooms with very little ambient light below 50 lumens.
The projector is small and light. The brightness is sufficient for indoor use - if the sun shines in, you have to lower the shutters a little...
It is well suited for presentations, despite 800x600. The scaling to 1024x768 is good. You can clearly see the text and images.
For home cinema it leaves an ambivalent impression: on the one hand good sharpness, on the other hand you don‘t get very bright areas dimmed. Bright yellow and white tones blur into one another.
All in all a good projector.
