As a projector for the Stationary sector, the Appotronics AL-MU625 is equipped with 6200 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast of 100000:1. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 800 cm can be illuminated with 6200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 533 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2022 and is officially no longer distributed by Appotronics.
