Behind the name F22 sx+ is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector by projectiondesign, whose main features include 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 and a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution. According to projectiondesign, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 24 decibels. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
