The Proxima DP8400 is a LCD projector offering 190 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100:1 and a resolution of VGA 640 x 480. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 120 cm can be illuminated with 190 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 80 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Proxima's current lineup.
