The projector Nebula Capsule 3 by Soundcore operates as a LED-DLP device with 200 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 400:1. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 30000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Regarding the power supply, the projector features an internal battery that enables a mobile runtime of up to 5 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 144 cm can be illuminated with 200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 96 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Since the projector supports Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 28 decibels.
