The equipment of the Valerion VisionMaster Plus projector includes 1680 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 with a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 display. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 25000 hours – calculating to 17.1 years at four hours of use per day. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in ISO lumen values, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. A look at the light output reveals: The 1680 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 416 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 277 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since the projector supports Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
