Based on DLP technology, the Vivitek RU75953 device delivers 8000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 150000:1 as a projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 909 cm can be illuminated with 8000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 606 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
