A projector from LG is the Cinebeam HU80KSW, whose 3D-DLP model delivers 2500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 and a contrast of 150000:1. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 508 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 339 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Since the projector supports Miracast and DLNA screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. The projector was released in 2020 and is officially no longer distributed by LG.
