Based on DLP technology, the LG HF80JG projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 150000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 303 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 28 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of LG's current product range.
