The equipment of the LG RD JT90 projector includes 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Regarding projection size, the value of 2200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 408 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 272 cm. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

I bought the projector on Ebay for about 180€ and have to say it‘s worth every cent.
+ Good to very good picture
+ quiet in ECO mode (picture is still good)
+ low power consumption
+ compact design+low weight (ceiling mounting)
+ ceiling mounting
+ remote control
+ can be connected to HDMI via adapter (DVI)
° in normal mode the fan is a little more audible but still acceptable, especially in quiet areas (movie)
°no power on/off switch
I have not found anything really neagtive (note the price9).
I can only recommend everyone to buy this or another, somewhat older, brand projector!
Before you get eye cancer from a no-name Ebay projector.
And with older projectors, DLP projectors (like this one) are clearly preferable to TFT projectors, in my opinion the picture is worlds better.

Class service life
Have had the projector in the living room since 2007 and changed the lamp after over 4000 hours. The old one showed no signs of wear, so it was kept. The service life is really unique, but unfortunately I can‘t reset the lamp. Does anyone know how to do this?
