The projector dv 486 by Liesegang operates as a LCD device with 3000 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 500:1. According to Liesegang, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
