Known as the ML 174, this LED-LCD projector by Megapower features basic specs of 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 461 cm can be illuminated with 2800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 307 cm. The projector was released in 2004 and is officially no longer distributed by Megapower.
