Behind the name ML 198A is a LCD projector by Megapower, whose main features include 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 367 cm. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Megapower's current product range.
