The PJ WXL5670 model is a DLP projector from Ricoh, intended for Stationary applications, offering 5200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at WXGA 1280 x 800. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 5200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 733 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 489 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Ricoh.
