According to VISULAPEX, the S1 model provides 500 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 12000:1 alongside a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. An LED lifespan of 90000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 61.6 years. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. A look at the light output reveals: The 500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 305 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 203 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers.
