The basic data of the Anders + Kern EMP 800 includes 1500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 as well as a contrast of 400:1. According to Anders + Kern, the included lamp lasts up to 1500 hours. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 1500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 225 cm. Since entering the market in 2001, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
