The E1655U is a LCD projector by ASK Proxima, whose specifications list 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 and a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Lens Shift Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 479 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of ASK Proxima's current product range.
