A projector from ASK Proxima is the TWU800, whose LED-LCD model delivers 8000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 909 cm can be illuminated with 8000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 606 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
