Known as the XEED WX450ST, this LCOS projector by Canon features basic specs of 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a WXGA+ 1440 x 900 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projector Calculator. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 114 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 682 cm can be illuminated with 4500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 455 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2013 and is no longer part of Canon's current product range.
