According to Canon, the LV 8215 model provides 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 450:1 alongside a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. According to Canon, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 2600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 518 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 345 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
