The InFocus IN116 is a 3D-LED-BrilliantColor-DLP projector offering 2700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 5000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 352 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.

Moin! I‘ve been using the projector in my low-cost home theater for about a year now. The picture is very sharp and pleasant to look at in a darkened room. The only criticism is the fans, which turn up a notch after about 10 minutes of operation and are a bit borderline loud...

Not bad at all
The projector is advertised on the manufacturer‘s website as being extremely light, small and therefore portable. I‘ve never seen a projector that doesn‘t come with a cover, and I think the picture quality is very good for my requirements. (Teacher) This blackboard setting is not the ideal solution, however. Better to look for a white surface.

3d ready?!
According to the manufacturer‘s data sheet, the IN100 series is 3d-ready. I miss this information in the details of the projector on this page. The IN 116, IN 125 and IN126 models have an HDMI connection, which is not mentioned by some Internet retailers, but is correctly listed in the HCinema database.
