Equipped with DLP technology, the InFocus Work Big IN32 offers 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. According to InFocus, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 259 cm. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by InFocus.

After approx. 60 operating hours on the ceiling mount, the lamp was defective. The device was replaced during the warranty period (6 months). With the second device, it only took about 50 hours before the lamp refused to work. When I emailed the manufacturer, they replied that the guarantee had expired. Here are some addresses of dealers where new ones can be obtained. Thank you very much. We also have little fun with our InFocus IN24. The last lamp ran for 89 hours. The only viable option here is to dispose of it as hazardous waste, as a replacement lamp is more expensive than a new one. We also have 5 projectors from InFocus in use. Unfortunately, this was a bad purchase decision.
