This projector from Sahara utilizes DLP technology, achieving 1500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1500:1 at a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 225 cm. This model dates back to 2006 and is no longer part of Sahara's current product range.
