As a projector, the Sahara S3615 DLP combines DLP technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 1500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 1500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 225 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Sahara's current lineup.
