The S3618E DLP model is a DLP projector from Sahara, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 1400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1500:1 at XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 326 cm can be illuminated with 1400 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 217 cm. The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Sahara. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
