Based on LCD technology, the Specktron XL 650 device delivers 6500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 1500:1 as a projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 702 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 468 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by Specktron.
