Known as the Vision Model 100 (alt), this LCD projector by Vidikron features basic specs of 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 900:1 at a WXGA 1366 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 643 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 429 cm. The projector was released in 2004 and is officially no longer distributed by Vidikron.
