The Vision Model 140 is a DLP projector by Vidikron, whose specifications list 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 429 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Vidikron's current product range.
