The basic data of the XGIMI MoGo 2 includes 448 ANSI lumens and a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 25000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 17.1 years. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in ISO lumen values, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. Regarding projection size, the value of 448 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 215 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 143 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. The integrated Google Assistant ensures comfortable operation, allowing the projector to be controlled via voice commands. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
