As a projector, the Digital Projection M-Vision 1080p LED combines DLP technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 800 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 60000 hours, which translates to 41.1 years with 4 hours of daily use. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 287 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 191 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Digital Projection.
