As a projector, the Boxlight MP 40t combines LCD technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 700:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
