Based on LCD technology, the Dukane ImagePro 8962WU projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Dukane.
