The hardware properties of the PJD7836HDL manufactured by Viewsonic include 3500 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 22000:1. According to Viewsonic, the included lamp lasts up to 3500 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 401 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
