Known as the Pro8600, this 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Viewsonic features basic specs of 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Viewsonic, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 675 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 450 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
