Known as the WX36i, this LCD projector by 3M features basic specs of 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 at a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. According to 3M, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (8W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
