The PX9710 model is a 3D-DLP projector from Benq, intended for Stationary applications, offering 7700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2800:1 at XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 7700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 764 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 509 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
