As a projector, the Benq SU931 combines DLP technology with a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200, and is additionally specified with 6000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 3000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 525 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
