Known as the PLC XP17E, this LCD projector by Sanyo features basic specs of 1600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 348 cm can be illuminated with 1600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 232 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Sanyo.
