Based on LCD technology, the Sanyo PLC XP21E projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 700:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Sanyo, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 435 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 290 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Sanyo.
