With the CRWQ 62B, Barco offers a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector that features 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6500:1 and a resolution of WQXGA 2560 x 1600. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 646 cm can be illuminated with 5500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 431 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2013 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range.
