Based on DLP technology, the Barco DP2K-6E projects images in a E-Cinema environment, with technical specs listing 4800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1600:1 and a HD2K 2048 x 1080 resolution. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 4800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 603 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 402 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
