This projector is named I65-W13, originates from Barco, and its data sheet shows 15625 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1600:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 15625 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1270 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 847 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
