As a projector for the E-Cinema sector, the Christie Solaria CP4220 is equipped with 22000 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution and a contrast of 2100:1. According to Christie, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 22000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1292 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 861 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
