The hardware properties of the HD405 manufactured by Christie include 4100 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 7500:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1500 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 651 cm can be illuminated with 4100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 434 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range.
