The equipment of the Christie Roadie HD+30K projector includes 30000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1500:1 with a HD2K 2048 x 1080 display. According to Christie, the lamp has a durability of 750 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1508 cm can be illuminated with 30000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 1005 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
