The hardware properties of the EB S8 manufactured by Epson include 2500 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast value of 2000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 435 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 290 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Epson's current product range.
Standard-Portabel | External training and company presentations, as well as product presentations. Medium screen width or rooms with little light, max. 100 lumens.
The EB S8 definitely produces a good picture in the film.
In the still image - computer connection, you can still see the individual pixels at a distance of 3 m, but it lets you work really well with the laptop connected, as everything is clearly visible (8 dpi font still clearly legible).
