A projector from Epson is the EMP 600, whose LCD model delivers 1700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 400:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1500 hours for this projector's lamp. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 359 cm can be illuminated with 1700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 239 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. The projector was released in 2001 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson.
