The technical data of the Epson EB W05 includes 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 as well as a WXGA 1280 x 800 display. According to Epson, the included lamp lasts up to 6000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 8.2 years possible. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 3300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 584 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 389 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
