Based on LCD technology, the Epson USA PowerLite 7000 device delivers 400 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 200:1 as a projector. According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 1600 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 400 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 174 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 116 cm. The projector was released in 1997 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
