This projector is named VS315W, originates from Epson USA, and its data sheet shows 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Epson USA, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Looking at practical performance, up to 518 cm can be illuminated with 2600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 345 cm. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
